Business Manager Renewal: Insurance Evidence Before the Payment Due Date

You have enrolled in insurance, but the first premium is not due yet. What should you prepare for a Business Manager renewal? This guide explains the examples in the current Immigration Services Agency guidance and the facts to check before describing your payment position.

Use the renewal section that applies to your case

The guidance discussed here appears in the Business Manager extension-of-period-of-stay section. Required evidence depends on the application type and the organisation’s category. Do not treat this renewal list as the document list for a newly established company’s initial Certificate of Eligibility application.

Official examples where enrolment is complete but payment is not yet due

For labour insurance, the ISA gives a copy of the labour insurance relationship establishment notification. For employees’ health insurance and pension, it gives a copy of the application/confirmation of establishment-related particulars. For National Health Insurance, it gives a copy of the eligibility confirmation document or the notification submitted to the municipality. Use the example that matches the applicable scheme and your actual position; this does not mean everyone must enrol in all three schemes or submit every example.

Check the due date, not just whether a bill has arrived

Confirm the obligation to enrol, filing and acceptance, the premium period, the actual payment deadline and any payments already due. Non-enrolment, processing, not-yet-due premiums and overdue unpaid premiums must be distinguished. A missing bill does not establish that nothing is overdue.

Match the explanation form and supporting period

The current renewal explanation form separates enrolment and payment. It also distinguishes first renewals from subsequent renewals and asks whether matters were outstanding at the previous application. Check the required evidential period. Do not select a box that does not describe the facts; ask the filing office how to handle an unclear situation.

Prepare a consistent evidence set

Check the application type and category, applicable insurance scheme, enrolment/acceptance evidence, premium period, deadline, payments due and consistency with the explanation form. Follow any individual additional-document notice and deadline. These document examples do not waive insurance duties or guarantee renewal approval.
