Whether a permit is required depends on the work and contract. Renewal and ongoing notifications must also be considered. Business evaluation for public works, bidding qualifications and other registrations are reviewed as separate services when needed.

How we assist

We clarify the application route, organize supporting evidence, prepare application documents and assist with filing and procedural queries within the agreed scope. We confirm the competent authority and whether we can handle your location and procedure before accepting an engagement.

Documents to discuss at the first consultation

Existing permit notices, company records, accounts, construction contracts and invoices, experience and qualification records, and office agreements or plans. We specify the documents needed after reviewing your application.

Please first send an outline. Do not email identity numbers, medical records or other sensitive documents before we advise a suitable delivery method.

Construction — other changesJPY 44,000+One notification and one change. Complex evidence for technical staff or management arrangements is quoted separately.

Minimum professional fees include tax; government fees and expenses are separate. Our 5% online payment fee applies to Stripe payments. Detailed fees and conditions ／ Inquiry / quotation form

Fees depend on the procedure, number of offices and officers, document availability and required work. Paid consultation or work starts only after you agree to the fees and scope. An inquiry alone creates no payment obligation. Renewal and later changes are separate unless included in the engagement.

Approval and completion by a particular date cannot be guaranteed. Immigration status and permission to operate the business are reviewed separately where relevant.
