Prepare both the license application and the financial safeguards required before trading. The routes include depositing a business security deposit or joining an authorized guarantee association and paying the prescribed contribution. Association membership is not mandatory for every business.

How we assist

We clarify the application route, organize supporting evidence, prepare application documents and assist with filing and procedural queries within the agreed scope. We confirm the competent authority and whether we can handle your location and procedure before accepting an engagement.

Documents to discuss at the first consultation

Company records, office lease, plans and photographs, transaction-agent credentials and employment evidence, and financial records. Requirements are checked for the location and application type.

Please first send an outline. Do not email identity numbers, medical records or other sensitive documents before we advise a suitable delivery method.

From inquiry to application

Fees

Real estate brokerage licence — initial	JPY 165,000+	Prefectural licence, one office. Guarantee association membership and security deposit procedures are excluded.
Real estate brokerage licence — renewal	JPY 110,000+	Prefectural licence, one office. Outstanding change notifications are separate.
Real estate brokerage — changes	JPY 44,000+	One notification and one change. Ministerial licences, multiple offices or multiple changes are quoted separately.

Minimum professional fees include tax; government fees and expenses are separate. Our 5% online payment fee applies to Stripe payments. Applicable to new quotations after September 20, 2026 publication; existing quotations and engagements are unchanged. See the detailed fee page for scope and payment terms.

Detailed fees and conditions ／ Inquiry / quotation form

Fees depend on the procedure, number of offices and officers, document availability and required work. Paid consultation or work starts only after you agree to the fees and scope. An inquiry alone creates no payment obligation. Renewal and later changes are separate unless included in the engagement.

Approval and completion by a particular date cannot be guaranteed. Immigration status and permission to operate the business are reviewed separately where relevant.
