Immigration and foreign employment support in Yokohama

We receive inquiries from foreign nationals, family members, accepting companies, Registered Support Organizations, recruiters and overseas partners concerning Japanese immigration procedures and foreign employment.

We do not assess a case only by the name of the procedure. We review the current status of residence, expiry date, residence history, employer or accepting organization, actual job duties and supporting documents to organize the appropriate procedure and practical next steps.

A reliable immigration review should consider not only the foreign national, but also the employer or accepting organization, the supporting documents and current examination practice.

Applicant Education, employment history, residence history, family situation, taxes, social insurance and previous applications.
Employer / Accepting Organization Business substance, financial condition, employment terms, job duties, compliance and acceptance structure.
Supporting Documents Consistency and completeness of contracts, certificates, explanation letters, business plans and supporting evidence.
Examination Practice Requirements for the relevant status, current ISA guidance, additional document trends and individual circumstances.
