How Konbini payment works
Send us your case outline through the free initial check form or paid consultation booking page.
After confirming the consultation category, amount and deadline, our office sends Stripe payment instructions.
Select Konbini payment when it is displayed on the Stripe Checkout screen.
Check the payment code, confirmation number and payment deadline shown on the screen.
Complete payment in cash at a supported convenience store before the deadline.
After our office confirms receipt in Stripe, we confirm the consultation appointment or commencement of work.
Issuance of a payment code does not complete payment
The payment is not complete when a payment code or confirmation number is issued.
Payment is completed only after cash is paid at the supported store and receipt is confirmed in Stripe. A paid consultation appointment is confirmed after our office verifies both payment and scheduling.
